Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. – John 14:6

He Provides

“Then Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the Lord had given ability and who was willing to come and do the work. They received from Moses all the offerings the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning.”
Exodus 36:2‭-‬3 NIV

As I read this scripture, I was reminded of the fact that God gives us all talents, abilities and gifts to be used for his kingdom. Peter reminds us, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10, NIV). Whatever gift God has given us, we are encouraged to us for His purpose.

But what amazes me ecen more about what the scripture in Exodus shows us is that as we step up to the plate to use the gifts God has given, God also provides the resources necessary to accomplish His purposes. He can literally speak to others to give towards the vision and purpose He reveals to you.

This means we can trust God to provide as we step forward in what He has told us to do. As an Associate pastor, I cannot tell you how many times we have seen God provide for us, in ways we didn’t expect, but needed it the most. I have found this principle to be true; If you follow His plan and purpose, He will provide what you need to accomplish it.

Be encouraged today to take the next step. God will provide.
